Registration
Welcome to Ligonier Valley School District!
We are proud to provide your child with the opportunity to have a wonderful, comprehensive education in the Ligonier Valley School District. To register your child, you are required to complete an enrollment packet. In addition to the completed enrollment packet, there are documents that you must provide in order to complete the registration process. These include:
- Proof of Residency:
- Photo ID or Utility Bill, if address listed is current.
- Copy of Lease: Housing Contract, Sales/Rental Agreement, Property Tax Bill, Mortgage Statement, etc.
- Proof of Age:
- Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Valid Passport, or Notarized Statement from parents (MUST include date of birth)
- Birth certificates may be obtained using the government site www.health.pa.gov listed under Vital Records.
- Immunization Record:
- Copy of current immunization records (prior to first-day-of-school)
You can print the registration forms below to complete or pick-up a packet from the Administration Office or Laurel Valley Elementary.
