The SafeLink phone program provides free smartphone, data, minutes, and messaging services. It is a Lifeline program which is a federal benefit that is supported in Pennsylvania by SafeLink Wireless.

Rental Expense- up to one month assistance (call for guidelines)
Mortgage Payments- up to one month assistance (call for guidelines)
Utilities- up to three months payment (or one quarterly payment if billed quarterly) Utilities include electric, gas, water and sewage (call for guidelines)
Heating Fuel- up to 100 gallons of heating fuel per household
Special funding for Veterans that can be used for rent, utilities or heating fuel
Emergency food boxes, baby formula, baby items including diapers and clothing up to 24 months are offered in the Greensburg office only
 
Housing, utilities, food financial assistance, employment, childcare and education, mental health, health care, taxes, fraud protection, voting, pets, information and resources
