ImPACT Baseline Concussion Testing

All LVSD athletes participating in LVSD athletic activities must have a baseline concussion test (ImPACT Baseline Concussion Test) within two (2) years prior to participation.  Testing will be monitored by the LVSD AthleticTraining provider (In-Sync Rehabilitation Services, Inc.).

IMPACT Baseline Testing for Athletics 

Includes:  Middle School Volleyball, Middle School Football, Middle School Cheer, Football, Golf, Cross Country, Varsity Volleyball, Boys' Soccer, Girls' Soccer, Varsity Cheer

Testing will take place at Ligonier Valley High School as scheduled by the Athletic Trainer.
